Production and Completions

Gas Production Engineering

This course covers methods for calculating gas well performance across the whole path from reservoir to sales point. It addresses reservoir gas flow, well testing choices, reserve estimation and diagnostics from production data, with particular attention to flow regimes and non-Darcy effects. Tight, horizontal and fractured wells are discussed, along with predicting when liquid loading will stop a well.
