Reservoir Engineering

History Matching and Reservoir Optimization

A review of current workflows for calibrating geological and simulation models against observed field data in conventional and unconventional reservoirs. Manual, assisted and inverse modelling approaches are compared, using data such as transient tests, tracers, multiphase production and time-lapse seismic. The course then shows how calibrated models support better development and management decisions.
